Currency - Malaysian Ringgit

The Malaysian currency is called Ringgit Malaysia (RM). The available denomination are RM100, RM50, RM10, RM5 and RM1. Coins are called sen (cent) and available in 50 sen, 20 sen, 10 sen, 5 sen and 1 sen.

Terengganu - Bukit Tunggal - My New House

This would be the road to my new home for the next three years (if I do not move out sooner). A bit lonely at the end of the road. Malays find it spooky should the house be at near a hill as mine does. Some sayings state that the paranormal thingy thrives on hilly, lonely environment. Yikes!

Full front view. I supposed it is ok. The rent is RM350 permonth (compare that to my room monthly rental in KL - RM250/month).. cheap.. cheap...

Think maybe I should buy myself a pair of swans ... swans can be some sort of watchdog too... Should be able to alert me should there be something spooky - paranormal or not aiming to disturb me.

Guess now you all know I'm such a scarity cat.. he he..

Kuala Lumpur - Jalan Duta

This is my office view for the next 9 days. Yikes! Time really flies.

The apartment is the government quater for the Malaysian civil servant living in KL. Quite nice. I think it is more spacious than the current apartment sold by developers in KL. Most cost arond RM255K and rising! For example, the Changkat View apartment. A friend of mine bought it about 2 years ago when it cost only around RM180K. Another friend bought a later phase around February and had to pay RM245K. But I think these properties will appreciate so no worries.
